Jo Temple
My journey to healing and wellness started many years ago when, as a lifetime sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks, I started on a quest to find out why.
This led me to train as a counsellor and I qualified in 2012. I’ve always had a passion for keeping fit and exercising and qualified as an Exercise to Music teacher in 1996 and started teaching in local halls. I later found a love of yoga and mindfulness which I added to the mix.
My counselling practice is run from my cosy therapy room at home which also doubles up as my studio to teach live online classes which I started at the beginning of the pandemic.
I absolutely love teaching and this has been my saviour during the pandemic as I could still connect with people, share about our week, have a laugh and get fit in the process!
